Experience Zanzibar differently
This hands-on experience gives you the opportunity to learn how traditional Swahili dishes are prepared using fresh local ingredients, coconut, herbs and Zanzibar's famous spices. Under the guidance of a local cook, you will take part in preparing and cooking a selection of traditional dishes while learning about the ingredients, cooking techniques and food traditions of Zanzibar.
